Don't Trust Your Dinner To Just Anyone
You Want A Profesional In The Kitchen
We at the Culinary Craftsman are professional because we are all culinary school graduates trained in the classical French techniques and have industry experience. Does the fact that someone is a culinary school graduate make him or her a better personal chef? No but it does help when someone is faced with a new recipe or an entire cuisine. Our clients are paying for a professional and they will receive it in every meal.
Our People Make The Difference
Here at the Culinary Craftsman we want to employ professionals that have a burning desire to create great food that fits our clients needs. When we look for craftsman we go and find them at local culinary schools and then we start the audition process. The auditions are a day in the life of a personal chef but they have to qualify to get an audition. Don’t worry, we are the taste testers for the auditions.
